Mr. Reynolds has 20 years of healthcare and 20 years of leadership experience. Through his foundation, he is currently focused on providing life-saving antibiotics and clean drinking water solutions. His experience includes military service, pharmaceutical sales, medical device and surgical sales and real estate investments. His responsibilities included managing personnel, finance, logistics, contracting and customer service. He also has experience in territory management, cost benefit analysis, reimbursement, pharmacology, anatomy, surgery, didactic labs, clinical presentations and hospital protocol.

His accomplishments include: U.S Naval ROTC Scholarship Recipient, completed a four year undergraduate curriculum in three years, achieved a 3.85 GPA while working full time and attending graduate school full time, and he held a Top Secret Security Clearance. As a health care professional, Mr. Reynolds was awarded The Peak Performer Award and Teamwork Award. He was also selected as a National Sales Trainer for new employees. Carl Jung’s Communication Style Test in which subjects are put into four categories: Analytical, Driver, Amiable and Expressive, showed that Mr. Reynolds is so astute in communicating, he is perceived as using all of the above styles to obtain his goals and objectives. He is skilled in Leadership, Sales, Marketing, and Communication.

Mr. Reynolds earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, University of Arizona and a Master of Business Administration, University of Guam.

Born in Indianapolis, Indiana and raised in New York City, Mr. Reynolds has travelled the world extensively.  He has lived overseas and relates well to a wide range of peoples and cultures.  He is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
